In general sence, laught is good because it influences directly in the person, relaxing the nervous and muscular systems, it equilibrates the affective state, the cardiac rhythm, the digestive and respiratory systems.
The organism produces the denominated hormones “endorphynes”, that serve to fortify the immunological system, offering, thus, a very important contribution in the defense of the organism. If a young patient generates these "endorphynes", makes the medical, educative and farmacologic treatment, more effective.
Basically the endorphynes take place whenever someone is glad, also when pleasant activities are made, managing to find satisfaction in the small daily attitudes.
This method is similar to the one that uses Robbin Williams in the movie Patch Adams.
